5 potatoes, sliced into chunks
1 bunch kale, julienned
1 medium yellow onion, chopped
5 cloves garlic, sliced*
2 carrots, sliced chunky
salt to taste
~1 tsp cumin seeds
~1 tsp whole peppercorns
~2 tsp olive oil
2 cups vegetable broth
That's what I put into the slow cooker, and topped it off with just enough water to cover it. I set it to cook over 6
